Mindsora is data processor, you remain data controller. Before implementation you get a data processing agreement signed. Our automations run in n8n on a Hostinger server in Frankfurt. Our CRM GoHighLevel processes data in the United States; our privacy statement at mindsora.io/privacy (in Dutch) lists the processors, their locations and the transfer basis for each processor. We set out the security measures for each client in the data processing agreement, as Article 28(3) of the GDPR requires.
1 month notice after the first 6 months. The first six months are the setup investment and we commit fully in that period. The aim is your growth, and we do not use the term to keep you tied in.
